Cellulite

Cellulite

Cellulite occurs in the lower layer of the skin in the immediate vicinity of the fat tissue. Cellulite which is formed in the upper part of the skin gives a rough appearance and causes insecurity. These cells expand by the excess fat storage of fat cells and the effect of estrogen hormone. Blood circulation starts to become insufficient. The expansion of fat cells means over-spreading of adipose tissue. This proliferation also affects the subcutaneous connective tissue, causing the body to hold more water than normal and therefore weaken the blood circulation. With the weakening of the blood circulation in the body, the tissues begin to reach less oxygen than before. As a result, the tissues lose their elasticity and the skin surface begins to appear rough.

How Does Cellulite Occur?

Cellulite is a pathology that develops in three stages.

The first stage begins with circulatory disorder. As a result, the leakage of the serum from the vessel walls collects at tissue intervals to form tissue edema. Edema causes disruption of the communication between blood and fat cells on the one hand and deterioration of the metabolism of fat cells, while disrupting the structure of connective tissue.

The result is nodules consisting of overgrown adipose tissue cells, surrounded by fibrous bands that have lost their elasticity. This is the second stage, characterized by the appearance of the orange peel specific to cellulite.

The third stage is the stage of the continuation of the pathological process, the nodules forming larger nodules by adhering together and the skin getting a quilted appearance. At this stage, pain may occur due to pressure on the nerves.

Which regions of women are located cellulite?

The upper part of the thigh, the inner part of the knee and ankle, the back of the hind legs and the upper legs, usually in the form of cavalry trousers.

What are the causes of cellulite?

1-Hormonal reasons: Hyper follicle, the increase in the hormone secretion of follicle from the eggs in women. This hormone prepares the ground for cellulite, due to its water retention in tissues.

2-inheritance: If the mother has cellulite, her child may have cellulite.

3-Circulatory disorder (vascular insufficiency): Cellulite and vascular insufficiency are parallel to each other. So cellulite occurs in the veins and wraps and tightens the veins. This makes blood circulation more difficult and varicose veins occur. This leads to more and more severe vascular insufficiency, cellulite, varicose veins, and more severe vascular failure.

Treatment Methods of Cellulite

Mesotherapy: Relaxation of lymph and blood circulation, provides the dissolution of accumulated fat. By injecting a lot of needles into the skin in certain respects, it is used to stimulate the vein ends with special medications and thus to accelerate the blood circulation. Stimulation of sensitive nerve endings leads to a vasodilating reaction under the skin, and the cellulosic drugs administered to the opened capillary ends directly affect the problematic zone.

Radiofrequency: With this method, it is ensured that the sound waves break down cellulite with the effect of cavitation and decrease the fat stores.

The actual effectiveness of cellulite treatments may be due to 15 or 25 sessions. But all these methods are recyclable. So drinking plenty of water, not eating too much fat, regular gymnastics are the rules that must be followed during and after these treatments.
